Redesigned SuccessFactors Learning pages go live

The SuccessFactors Learning pages have been redesigned to organize learning by topic, making it easier for users to find the learning important to them. Users can simply click on a topic to see the current courses available.

Upon logging into SuccessFactors, select My Learning. There are two supervisor-specific resources here. First, a supervisor can view My Team to review their team’s progress on any assigned courses. This is a standard SuccessFactors tab for all supervisors. A Supervisors/Managers tab has been added to help supervisors locate any learning specific to them.

Employee Certifications houses information related to WebCerts and Employee Certifications, while the Resources section provides additional links to websites that offer additional learning or training resources.
